Made-to-measure electric speed shutters, operated via key switch or remote control

We supply and fit a number of speed shutter styles, and these are available in different materials. The most popular tend to be vinyl or fabric in a colour of your choice.

Due to the way our speed shutters are made, you get a snug fit around the entry point, protecting against the elements. This also means that potential intruders are deterred.

Our roller shutters are tested to EN13241-1:2003.

Speed Shutters

 

Speed shutters for industrial and commercial premises are available with either single phase or 3 phase electrical outputs. The roller shutters can have different control options, key switches, rocker switches, push buttons or remote control fobs may even be used to operate the speed shutters.

 

 

Power operated insulated speed door.

 
This door has been designed to specifically suit a busy warehouse environment with a high-volume traffic flow, the high speed operation will reduce noise pollution as well as heat loss from the building. Combine this with the time saved waiting for a conventional roller shutter to open makes this a very versatile option.
 

Curtain Specifications

 
The curtain is made up from a twin skin galvanized rolled section which is foam filled to give the insulation value, the single laths are made to desired length and slid together along the preformed quirk section. These are locked into position with each other by end locks fitted to every other lath, the bottom section can be either aluminum with a rubber seal or a yellow hazard plastic with rubber bottom seal.
 
These can either be in a standard galvanized finish / plastisol finish
